Nadia Ayoubi is a successful entrepreneur with experience and expertise in the field of IT management. Ms Ayoubi is an Afghan descendant and immigrated to the US in 1997.

Nadia launched HummingBirds Consulting (HBC) in 2013 to fulfil the growing need for staff augmentation in the Washington Metropolitan area. Nadia successfully works in State, Federal & Private sectors.

She overlooks all aspects of the business flow and effectively works with various departments. She is expanding her business in Cyber Security Training, Website Development and Web-Marketing.

In 2008, Ayoubi became a partner in a small IT company, Ace Technology Services until 2012. The company focused on the area of software development and innovative solutions for reducing operating costs for governments and companies. Education and workforce development of young women in the field of science and technology was an important focus for her.

In 2005, she became COO of a leading mortgage company with over 170 employees. She was responsible for overseeing the various departments of Loan & Mortgages, LLC from sales, processing, compliance, accounting, human resources and technology. She was instrumental in streamlining and growing the business under her leadership.

She was invited to join the growing home mortgage and refinancing boom in early 2000. Ayoubi mastered various aspects of the home loan process.

She speaks fluent English, Urdu, Hindi, Dari and understands Punjabi.

She is an active member of the Fairfax County Republican Party of Virginia. She ran for Mclean Community Center 2015-2016 Governing Board election.

Mr. Khan is an experienced Tech Executive with an overall 14 years of experience in IT and in Project/Program Management. Mr. Khan’s objectives are to simplify and implement and execute ever-changing ITPMO objectives. His expertise includes solving Mobile/Web Application Development, Platform implementation, and IT governance implementation challenges using the best Project/Program Management Practices available and optimizing them to the most efficient way to meet the set goals.

His professional experience includes working with customers like Intelsat, the Department of Commerce, and the Department of Defense to deliver their projects on a wide variety of cloud platforms, providing architectural advice, analyzing requirements, developing specifications, technical product knowledge, and technical reviews, and day-to-day project execution/reporting.

With a degree in Business Administration and IT, he possesses expert skills in planning, monitoring, reporting, resource management, quality, and risk management. He has consistently delivered large-scale projects on time and on budget. His leadership style focuses on engaging team members to communicate, dynamically solve problems and deliver the highest quality solutions. He has led cross-functional technical project teams and portfolios budgeting over 100 million dollars.

As a detail-oriented individual with a passion for excellence, he is adept at listening to clients’ needs and then analyzing and implementing the best-designed solution.

Tina Bal joined HBC in 2018 and leads HBC’s website development and digital marketing teams, partnering with CEOs, Executives, and small business owners to grow their personal and professional brands. Her areas of specialization include social media, web development, digital marketing, email campaigns, website development, blogging, brand management, account management, public relations, content creation, creating and executing marketing and digital strategic plans.

She has more than seven years of experience in the legal marketing, record management, and website servicing industry. Prior to joining HBC, Ms. Bal was an Intellectual Property Specialist Coordinator at two boutique law firms in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. She was in a supervisory role and assisted in all areas of Patent/Trademark prosecution, and maintained a current knowledge of U.S., Foreign, and office procedures and rules relating to Intellectual Property, production of legal documents, docketing and review of incoming documents. She was responsible for auditing, organizing, and maintaining 1500+ patent/trademark/litigation cases, along with any other matters relating to file management as well as conversion of all records to the cloud. In addition, she is responsible for designing, managing, and updating the law firm’s website.

She cultivated relationships with all clients to maintain and build upon the firm’s client base. She was entrusted with the most complex customer service issues as a result of exception ability to promptly resolve concerns. In her spare time she assists local non-profits in fundraising events and has digital marketing endeavours.

Tina brings strong research and analytical skills, excellence in writing, and expertise in client relations and creative problem solving. Ms. Bal’s diverse experience provides the backbone of her position with HBC and allows her to better service our clients.

Tina holds a Bachelors of Science degree from George Mason University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of District of Columbia’s David A. Clarke School of Law. Further, she has completed coursework in accounting, marketing, finance, operations management, management information systems, and business management from George Mason University.

Mathew has 20 years federal business development with full life cycle experience federal contracting including Recruiting, Business Development, Proposal Management and Project Management. His main strengths are in Health Care followed by Financial applications. He has a good background in Information Technology and has recently certified in Blockchain development. He is a management graduate and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Proposal Management Professional (CF.APMP) with Shipley Training. His experience in Business Development and Proposal includes leading large efforts as a prime with over 20 teaming partners and sub-contractors for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) efforts as well as on several task orders ranging from $3m to $110m. He has responded to sources sought and request for information and submitted white paper / market research documents recommending solutions.

His background with sales, business development, recruiting, research, requirements gathering, systems development and project management contribute to provide a more integrated solution that provides a more acceptable solution to the customer.
